Responsibilities:

  • Participate in building, maintaining, and monitoring continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to support rapid software delivery for the development team.
  • Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to support and improve the software delivery lifecycle, resolving issues and enhancing collaboration.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using tools to ensure system health and performance.
  • Analyze system performance and implement tuning and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and scalability of applications hosted on Cloud.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest cloud services, features, and best practices to leverage new capabilities and improve existing solutions.

Requirement:-

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in IT network and server support or a similar role
  • Familiar with banking applications such core banking, payments, treasure, fraud/compliance, parameter management is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows.
  • Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work shift hours (9am - 6pm & 3pm - 12am midnight)
