Summary:

As a Growth Specialist, you will mainly be responsible to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and maximize sales opportunities. You will be the key person in liaising with potential clients, either through Virtual Meetings & Demos, or Face-to-Face, therefore requiring strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, study and understand AYP's products and services thoroughly
  • Consultative selling - be a trusted advisor by establishing rapport and diagnosing the pain points of prospective clients
  • Demonstrate and present AYP's value proposition as well as performing client demo and walkthrough of AYP's products and services.
  • Cultivate and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients
  • Maintain all sales activities on Hubspot CRM and striving towards overachieving sales target.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma, and/or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 2 - 3 years' experience in B2B Solution Sales industry, preferably HR Tech/ SaaS/ Cloud Solutions, etc.
  • Solution/product oriented and interested in improving the service/product and integration with other services
  • Confident self-starter with excellent networking and persuasion skills
  • Highly self-discipline, self-driven and results-oriented
