We are seeking talented and experienced Management Consultant to join our team, focusing on Talent Management and organizational Development. You will play a key role in helping our clients build high-performing teams, develop their workforce, and create a thriving organizational culture.

Role Description

  • Conduct assessments to identify client needs in talent management and organizational development.
  • Design and implement strategic talent management and organizational development initiatives, including:
  • Performance management systems
  • Learning and development programs
  • Succession planning
  • Employee engagement strategies
  • Leadership development programs
  • Culture Transformation programs
  • Change Management programs
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees and leaders.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented programs.
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling reports on findings and recommendations.
  • Manage consulting projects effectively, ensuring deliverables are met within budget and timeline (project management experience or certification is a plus).
  • Stay current on industry best practices in talent management and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and implementing talent management or organizational development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable delivering to business audiences.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for helping organisations develop their people and achieve their strategic goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Studies or any related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in management/consulting environment.
