Event Management:
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of both online and offline events, including vendor management.
- Develop event strategies that align with marketing goals and drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback to inform future event strategies and improvements.
Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various marketing channels, including blogs, newsletters, social media, and more.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Budget Management:
- Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
- Track and report on budget performance and make necessary adjustments.
Others Duties:
- Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and creation of marketing materials.
- Ensure proper and organized documentation of projects and tasks.
- To undertake and perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of regional marketing and management.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
