- Ensure effective operation in warehouse / store.
- Ensure all activities are performed and adhered to standard procedure, GMP, company rules and regulations.
- Responsible in update order preparation list and share to manager and packing personnel.
- Responsible in received and arrange incoming materials.
- Arrange delivery by check parcel condition, and monitor loading parcel process.
- Check and receive daily production output, update the inventory in system.
- Warehouse 5S housekeeping, always keep the warehouse clean, neat and tidy.
- Weekly sampling stock take to ensure stock accuracy.
- Monthly/Annual stock take.
- Always make sure the goods in warehouse storage in good condition.
- Arranged stock with good.
- Monitor stock safety level and expired items.
- Monitor material actual stock level and always update system data.
- Issue defect iteam to manager.
- Assists in the preparation, coordinating and handling the internal and external audit.
- Other assigned duties by superior / management from time to time.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum SPM Holder or equivalent of the education level
- Love to appearing and expressing yourself while working
- Know and understand how to give best experience to customer
- Have a pleasant personality
