About The Role

Drive the Strategic Plan for growth for Premier Accounts in Malaysia Market to achieve long term sustainable partnerships and accelerated revenue growth across operations.

Key Responsilbities

  • Take ownership for the development and implementation of strategic plans utilising the standard sales tools for target premier customer group within Malaysia market.
  • Engage with Senior Executive level, commercial management and site operations to develop growth programs at all levels within the select premier customer group and record the outcomes of the opportunities on the sales activity and pipeline tools.
  • Work in cohesion with the Malaysia Regional Sales Team, PSM, CS, Supply Chain to help deliver best in class execution of strategic plans for the select premier customer group in Malaysia
  • Develop a pipeline for new contract opportunities within the select premier account group
  • Provide regular market and customer insights from the select premier customer groups to align on growth potential across the RS Group.
  • Evaluate pricing strategy and value proposition solutions for select premier customer group to maintain the profit performance while achieving set sales growth objectives
  • Work with Malaysia Marketing Special to define appropriate approach for premier customer and enhance RS branding locally
  • As and when required, support colleagues in our APAC markets for premier account insights and best practice sharing

Requirements

  • Ability to work and travel across territories within the Malaysia market to support the business opportunity
  • Experience of Senior Level Corporate Account Management and proven track record in Sales, preferably in a relevant industry
  • Results driven
  • Graduate or equivalent preferred, with a Business/Management qualification
  • Financial and business awareness with good analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and set own goals and priorities.
  • Influencing, internal networking, and cross-function collaboration skills in a matrix organisation
