We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across various channels, including email, WhatsApp, and paperwork. This role involves documenting customer inquiries and performing other administrative tasks as required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls from international customers regarding products, services, and general inquiries.
  • Document and record all customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the system.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services. •
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide effective and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English, and Chinese ( both written and spoken).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools like email, WhatsApp, and other similar platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with basic computer operation and office software.
  • A customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • 5 workdays per week (No resting on weekends, rotational)
  • Working hours: 6am-3pm / 10am-7pm
