Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and the reporting of financial information of Ge-Shen Group
- Oversee the accounts of all subsidiary companies and provide financial guidance and support for Ge-Shen Group
- Ensuring each company adheres to reporting standards and is financially compliant
- Supports financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data
- Assist Manager in the full spectrum of finance functions which include operation finance, reporting, taxation, governance and compliance, budgeting and forecasting
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, company secretary and other statutory bodies related to finance function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or relevant roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration and presenting financial information.
- Experience in a Public Listed Company (PLC) and Manufacturing environment is preferred.
