Role Description

  • Creating a change management process and implementing the tools to help all the organization's personnel quickly adopt any changes that take place due to a new project
  • Supporting all efforts to communicate the changes, along with the ways to reduce their impact on employees
  • Constantly conducting studies and analyses to assess how the changes impact employees, if managers and supervisors are ready to implement them and who the most important people in the organization are when it comes to enforcing the changes.
  • Developing training programs and documentation to help managers and supervisors implement various practices that would make any transition easier on the employees.
  • Identifying any potential risk associated with the proposed changes and mitigating it
  • Identifying any interior or exterior resistance to proposed changes and managing it accordingly
  • Helping management define employee roles and responsibilities after the implementation of certain changes
  • Identifying and reporting any issues that arise as a result of implementing various changes within the organization
  • Creating relevant metrics to measure the success of an implemented change
  • Implementing change management procedures at an organizational level
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner is preeferred
