Make an impact

  • Maintain service billing plan in SAP.
  • Monitor closely the billing plan and work closely with managers to ensure sales orders are issue on time.
  • Following up aging payment with customers.
  • Produce Purchase Order to suppliers according to term and condition.
  • Consolidation of all monthly servicing reports from all Field Service and SW Support Leader for monthly billing.
  • Maintain all documents for quality audit. E.g. quotation, purchase orders and etc.
  • Record and register order intake on monthly basis for finance.
  • Assist managers to file and keep all the service contracts.
  • Work closely with CS managers, support leaders to produce standby plan claim before month end.
  • Assist support leaders to verify the service engineers claim
  • Be a pivotal member of the Customer Service Department team enabling the department to reach and exceed clearly set targets.

Bring to the team

  • At least a Diploma holder in Business administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in spare parts management capacity.
  • Proactive with a strong customer and team focus.
  • Proficiency in English is a must (both oral & written).
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Excel).
  • Preferably the candidate who possesses spare parts management in manage delivery, manage SAP input, be the liaison with Global Spare Parts initiatives
  • Experience in automation factory knowledge
