Job Title: Master Data Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Contract type: Permanent

The Opportunity

As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting IT governance initiatives. You will have the opportunity to make an impact through activities such as analyzing user accounts and managing license agreements. In this role, you will collaborate with business and IT colleagues to ensure data integrity and contribute to the improvement of processes, procedures, and tools related to master data management.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze user accounts and propose and execute improvements
  • Follow up on license renewal and license agreements
  • Support process improvement activities
  • Identify areas for data quality improvements and help resolve data quality problems

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Customer mindset and ability to work well in a team
  • Eager to learn and grow in an international environment
  • Educational degree in ICT or equivalent work experience
  • Good understanding of IT, and latest technology
  • Fundamentals of Prince2 is a plus
  • Fundamentals of ITIL is a plus
