Content Governance Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Deeply explore user consumption preferences and business demands to understand and define standards for quality content across different genres, including videos and images.
• Manage all tagging requirements of the ecosystem team, collaborate with the tagging team for efficient manpower and priority allocation across various tagging projects.
• Work closely with ecosystem rules, recommendation algorithms, and data analysts to design the logic of machine & manual review, optimize content control, and address various ecosystem issues.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operation and implementation of content governance strategies, facilitating cross-departmental communication to efficiently resolve bottlenecks and drive project implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of work experience. Understanding of the Southeast Asian content ecosystem and prior experience in content ecosystem strategy operations is preferred.
• Proficient in common data statistics and analysis methods, with strong cross-departmental communication skills to coordinate multiple interests and efficiently solve bottleneck issues.
• Logical, with strong execution, learning ability, self-motivation, and resilience under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Chinese as this position requires cross function collaboration with chinese counterparts. Proficiency in one of the following languages is a plus: Malay, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, or Filipino.
