This is a mid-senior level vacancy within Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad's Group Human Resource in the Rewards Management team.

Job Description

Support the Head of Rewards Management in managing the compensation and benefits initiatives specifically in the below areas:

1. Job grading structure development

  • Gather all relevant information and data related to job grading structure development

2. Salary structure review

  • Gather all relevant information and data related to job grading structure development
  • Prepare list of current staff in organization and the related information to be included in the working template
  • Extract market data from consultants and benchmark to the current salary structure and staff data
  • Prepare relevant analysis related to salary structure review

3. Annual Bonus and Salary Increment exercise

  • Gather all relevant information
  • Preparation of working template and related analysis
  • Generate letters to staff on bonus & increment

4. Annual Promotion and salary Adjustment exercise

  • Gather all relevant information
  • Preparation of working template and related analysis
  • Generate letters to staff on promotion and salary adjustment
  • Manage promotion and salary listing

5. Rewards Survey Benchmarking

  • Work closely with recruiters in providing salary benchmarking (internal and market) data in a timely manner

6. Regulatory / Statutory and Policies & Procedures Compliance

  • Ensure statutory payments are made within stipulated timeline and in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Ensure claims are paid in accordance to internal policies and procedures.

** All the exercise above will include gathering of all relevant information and data, extraction and analysis of the said data to come up with the information required for management decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Financial Mathematics / Actuarial Science / Statistics or any other related fields.
  • Strong / Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
  • Strong analysis background
  • Minimum of 4-6 years experience in the compensation & benefits field
