- Develop and oversee financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage cash flow, funding, and investment strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company objectives.
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., PA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Monthly salary: Up to RM 8,000
