Job Description:
- Pupillage under Corporate team.
- Assist the partner-in-charge with advisory and transaction work, primarily in corporate commercial law and projects.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group.
- Note: The role will include assignments beyond corporate and commercial law, offering exposure to other areas such as conveyancing, intellectual property, blockchain, infrastructure, construction and energy.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic about learning, personal growth, and self-development.
- Excellent research and drafting and communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Generalist mindset with eagerness to gain skills, knowledge, and experience in various areas of legal practice.
- Achieved a tertiary education grade of 2:1 (Upper Second-Class Honours) or equivalent is preferred. Nonetheless, all are welcome to apply.
