Job Responsibility

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and tasks.
• Gather, analyse, and manage user requirements and solution to meet customer expectations. Secure technical functionality and quality of delivery through close cooperation with the product development unit
• Manage internal and external coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management plans, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Document and communicate project risks, issues, and lessons learned.
• Monitor project progress and communicate project updates, status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns, manage and resolve conflicts, and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage change requests and ensure project documentation is up to date.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among all parties involved in project delivery.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors.
• Track project expenses, manage costs, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Monitor financial metrics, prepare financial reports, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, resource utilization, and process improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and industry standards.
• Identify areas for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry advancements.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of project management methodologies and frameworks within the organization.
