Job Description

  • HR Strategy & Culture Building: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's startup culture. Drive culture-building initiatives, including fostering core values, enhancing talent management, and implementing a buddy/mentor system to strengthen internal development and team bonding.
  • Talent Management & Performance: Lead initiatives on performance management, refining the current quarterly KPI-driven reviews, and introducing improvements that align with business goals. Create talent development plans to ensure consistent growth for employees.
  • HR Operations & Implementation: Oversee the HR function, ensuring smooth operations despite a less formalized structure. Establish and enhance existing SOPs, roadmaps, and HR initiatives to bring structure to the rapidly growing company.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a high-performance culture by addressing employee engagement and driving initiatives to maintain open communication, support systems, and continuous feedback.
  • Workforce Planning & Recruitment: Oversee talent acquisition for the diverse workforce, ensuring strategic recruitment aligned with the company's global expansion plans. Leverage experience in startup or tech environments to hire and retain top-tier talent, including expatriate hiring and visa sponsorships.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international standards, tailoring HR policies to fit the needs of a global startup. Create policies that support flexible working while maintaining high-performance expectations.


The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably within startup or tech environments.
  • Proven track record in culture-building, talent management, and performance management.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing HR strategies in fast-paced, dynamic organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with HR operations, including payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural teams and a global workforce.
