Role and Responsibilities:

Client Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.

· Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss business requirements and recruitment strategies.

· Provide expert advice on market conditions, salary expectations, and the hiring process.

Candidate Sourcing:

· Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to source qualified candidates.

· Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract potential candidates.

· Conduct in-depth screening of candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.

Interviewing and Assessment:

· Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates.

· Provide detailed feedback and coaching to candidates regarding their job applications and interviews.

· Match suitable candidates to client vacancies, ensuring the right cultural and skills fit.

Placement and Negotiation:

· Guide both the candidate and client through the hiring process, including interviews and offer stages.

· Negotiate job offers between the candidate and client, including salary packages, benefits, and terms of employment.

· Ensure successful on boarding of candidates by facilitating a smooth transition.

Relationship Building:

· Develop long-term professional relationships with both candidates and clients.

· Attend networking events, conferences, and career fairs to expand networks and generate new business leads.

· Provide aftercare services to both candidates and clients post-placement.

Administrative Duties:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities on the company’s CRM system.

· Prepare and present recruitment reports to management regarding activity, pipeline, and success rates.

· Handle contractual and compliance-related paperwork associated with placements.

Requirement:

· Someone who has at least two (2) years’ experience in recruitment agencies or HR outsourcing/consulting as a Recruiter.

· Open to Malaysians only

· Proven ability to meet targets and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
