Job Responsibility

Achieve sales target set by the Company.
Familiar with social mediaï¼ must able to answer online enquiries promptly and convert leads into sales.
Follow up and serve potential and existing customers to close sales.
Keep updated on product professional knowledge and promotion scheme.
Conduct health assessment for customers, inform them about their health conditions, and encourage them to entrust their health to us, leading to successful transactions.
Receive and serve walk-in customers and offer healthcare consultation.
Open and maintain customer profile to build lasting relationships with customers.
To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and consumption experience.
Participate in company events to conduct sales consultation.
Any adhoc task assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM/ STPM graduates are welcome to apply!
Working experience is not required as on-the-job training will be provided
Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa is required for this role.
Familiar with social media and able to answer online inquiries and transform leads into sales.
