Job Responsibility

Handle full set accounts.
Responsible for monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts.
Responsible for daily accounting operations and to ensure compliance with the Company policies and statutory requirements/ guidelines.
Prepare weekly accounting report including Account Statement and Debtors Aging.
Preparation of timely and accurate monthly management report, profit & loss statement, cash flow management, forecasting and budgeting.
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement
Maintenance of fixed assets listing
Preparation of the yearly accounting and presentation to external auditors.
To monitor all costing and inventory related operation matters, including Liaison with auditor, company secretary, tax agent and banks.
Other ad hoc duties or project as assigned by superior or management from time-to-time.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY (9AM-6PM)

Job Requirements

At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
At least 2 â 3 year(s) of working experience in handling full set accounts.
Proficient in AUTO COUNT accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Willing to learn, meticulous and accuracy at work is a must.
Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
