  • Support all internal and external Administration inquiries or requests.
  • Produce and submit reports on general administration activity.
  • Keep up to date with the latest administration trends and best practices.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date administration files, records, and documentation.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of administration files and records.
  • Provides clerical support to the Admin department.
  • Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • At least a SPM or Diploma in any field
  • Be computer literate (MS Office Applications)
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice

  • Experience working in data entry will be an added advantage
