About the Role:

Greytt Moves, a personalized fitness solution provider, is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Customer Chat Administrator to support our customers and ensure their fitness journeys start off right! You’ll be the friendly face behind the screen, primarily engaging with leads and customers through WhatsApp, answering inquiries, and helping them schedule sessions with our trusted fitness partners. You’ll also maintain detailed logs of all customer interactions to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage customer leads across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on WhatsApp.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with warmth and professionalism, providing timely and helpful responses.
  • Coordinate fitness sessions by setting up dates and times with our fitness partners.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date logs of all customer interactions and regularly report on lead status.
  • Support customers via chat (90%) with occasional follow-up phone calls (10%).
  • Work closely with our fitness partners to ensure a smooth handover for scheduled appointments.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to improve the customer experience.
  • Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction through efficient and enthusiastic service.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or lead management (experience in the fitness industry—like gyms, yoga studios, etc.—is highly preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in chat-based customer support.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills on Sheets/Excel
  • Comfortable making occasional phone calls for follow-up.
