Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
- Provide comprehensive personal assistant, day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to Director
- Maintain Director's office systems, including data management to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
- Handling all aspects of CEO’s travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation and preparing travel itineraries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in matters related to the director and Company at all times.
- Managing and organizing documents, files, and other information relevant to CEO’s work.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
- Mandarin Speaker.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining good time management.
- Communicate effectively with English, Mandarin and Malay both written and verbal.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills
- Being able to start immediately is an added advantage.
