Role Description
This is a 1-year contract and on-site role for a Call Center Agent at Bank Simpanan Nasional in Shah Alam, Selangor. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
