As the HR Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the company's human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Your main duties will include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a timely organization of staffing needs
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
- Designing, developing, and delivering staff development programs; establishing training modules that enhance employee skills and performance
- Coordinating with various departments to assess training needs and schedule training sessions accordingly
- Maintaining records of training activities and employee progress and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs
- Nurturing a positive working environment by organizing team building activities and staff events
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to mentor and lead teams
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
