As the HR Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the company's human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Your main duties will include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a timely organization of staffing needs
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
  • Designing, developing, and delivering staff development programs; establishing training modules that enhance employee skills and performance
  • Coordinating with various departments to assess training needs and schedule training sessions accordingly
  • Maintaining records of training activities and employee progress and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs
  • Nurturing a positive working environment by organizing team building activities and staff events
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead teams
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
