- We are looking Head of Sales in KL, Malaysia on Permanent basis for one of the public listed co with entities that focus on financial products, property and construction.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1. End to end Sales/Distribution strategy and management – responsible to formulate,
lead, oversee and manage all relevance functions and activities within agency sales/
distribution business.
2. Develop and managing sales budget, allocate resources effectively coupled with agency
growth strategies to maximize return on investment to meet the Company financial
goals.
3. Drive, positioning and spearhead the future-ready sales team and “Elite” qualifiers
direction among the team members, thus transforming the sales team to the next level.
4. Lead and drive sustainable sales growth through manpower, activation and productivity
strategies as well sales team segmentation for various incentivization – cultivate right
selling behavior – implement Reward and Penalty program.
5. Aligning and set performance indicators for the sales team and conduct consistent
performance management regularly. To perform track and review diligently for sales
performance matrix – Recruitment, Activation and Productivity. Corrective actions if
needed.
6. Drive full-time career strategy by implementing an agency system and basic grooming
program for new joiners including implementation of an effective onboarding program
for new recruits.
7. Develop and oversee the learning and development strategies via Academy to the sales
