Clinic Assistant

Blessono Specialist Clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services, and we are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic team. • Patient Reception & Registration
• Welcome patients warmly, assist with registration, and verify appointment details.
• Appointment Management
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently using clinic software.
• Patient Care & Assistance
• Support patients by providing information about clinic services, guiding them through the check-in/check-out process, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
• Administrative Duties
• Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries; maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation of visits and procedures.
• Payment Processing
• Process payments, generate invoices, and assist patients with insurance claims if necessary.
• Assist Healthcare Team
• Provide assistance to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals by preparing examination rooms, managing medical supplies, and performing minor tasks as needed.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization
• Ensure that the clinic environment is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.

• Minimum Qualifications:
• SPM or equivalent education level.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred to communicate effectively with diverse patients.
