We are looking for an experienced and driven Manager in Brand & Communications (B&C) who will be responsible for managing various aspects of our brand and communication strategy, including both traditional and digital marketing channels for an integrated approach.

You will report to the Associate Director of Brand & Communication and work closely with other departments to ensure sound delivery of our brand and related go-to-market strategies across areas.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop/Co-create and implement the company's brand and product marketing communication strategy, that's in line with our overall Brand and Business Objectives, not limited to:
  • New customer acquisition
  • Driving lifetime value
  • Reinforce Brand Preference
  • Support for distribution teams
  • Develop/Co-develop end to end integrated communications and go-to-market strategies from proposition, messaging to channel strategy based on customer segment for any brand and product launches, not limited to:
  • Brand and Product go-to-market communication campaign
  • Brand and Product Activation support
  • Digital Marketing (end to end funnel)
  • Content Marketing
  • Out-of-home strategy and any offline owned offline channel
  • Distribution support materials
  • Managing key corporate, brand and product related collaterals projects, includes corporate premiums, merchandises and collaterals, not limited to:
  • Overseeing the planning, creative development, and projection of related projects.
  • Negotiating and managing cost of productions.
  • Ensuring excellent designs and production outputs.
  • Be the key liaison in working closely other departments, such as product development, channel marketing and distribution team. and sales, to ensure a seamless execution of go-to-market strategy and that our brand and campaign message is consistent across all platforms.
  • Communicate effectively, develop, and maintain good working relationships with all channel partners, including media, creative, content or production partners to align, plan and execute all campaigns and projects.
  • Responsible for seamless, timely and perfect execution of all brand and go-to-market campaigns, corporate collateral projects, and activities offline and online at all times.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of all campaigns for performance optimization and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest customer, marketing trends and technologies, and ensure that our brand and marketing strategy is innovative and best practice.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
  • Manage and mentor and provide guidance and support as needed to subordinates.
  • Maintain a healthy and timely record of paperwork, not limited to ACRs, POs, budget tracker, talent release forms, campaign reports, etc.


Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand and communications, with a focus on both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Result-oriented and driven to solve problems and achieve target objectives.
  • Leadership characteristics will be advantageous for this role. You will need to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Strategic thinking, good analytical skill, problem solvers, self-starter, with the ability to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Integrated media planning skill, well-verse with both transitional and digital channels projects.
  • Knowledge of the latest customer movements, marketing trends and technologies, with a focus on digital marketing channels
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellence communication skill.
  • With people management experience and the ability to motivate, coach and develop people.
