- Review SBs and JOs to ensure repairs meet customer specifications.
- Inspect the condition of customer items received from Material Control.
- Verify the quantity of customer items, parts, gemstones, and diamonds in each SB.
- Confirm the quantity of gemstones, diamonds, and parts provided by Material Control.
- Assign SBs and JOs to supervisors or craftsmen for daily processing.
- Expedite the processing of SBs and JOs to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all SBs and JOs are completed within the company's cycle time.
- Regularly update records for easier monitoring.
- Generate invoices for completed items sent to Material Control.
- Ensure equipment, such as computers and scales, is in working order.
- Follow all security, safety, and standard operating procedures.
- Report any work-related information to management.
- Always maintain housekeeping.
- Follow any reasonable instructions from the immediate superior.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a factory or manufacturing setting.
- Experience in handling documentation, reports, and general office management tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
