As part of AL Maritime, Cryogenic Tank Services (CTS) is a Malaysian entity which was acquired in 2015. CTS specializes in cryogenic tank and equipment rental for the offshore and maritime industries as well as in cryogenic transport of molecules, and provides a full range of repair and testing services.

Ensure safe and timely gas delivery and shipments across borders and oceans, optimizing operations for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead your team and contribute to strategic transformation initiatives that shape the future of Air Liquide Maritime in APAC

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Drive Supply Chain Vision
  • Own the Maritime Cryo Supply and Offshore energy Suppy Chain Process in APAC. Define processes, practices and tools to ensure safe, timely deliveries and competitive execution
  • Key contact for procurement : Define supply chain needs with the Procurement and contribute to the selection and follow-up of Freight, Inland and Molecule suppliers.
  • Contribute to long term strategy : definition of new digital tools, investments in new assets, identification of molecules sources, team organization…
  • Identify continuous improvement actions. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact safety, supply continuity, costs, and customer satisfaction. Foster a culture of quality.
  • Deliver Customer Solutions: Safe, On time and Competitive
  • Accountable for safe, on time deliveries and minimizing supply chain variable costs. Accountable to control inland partners to meet the requirement of Air Liquide Group Procedure (IMS GP06) .
  • Define, deploy and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rate, inventory turnover ratio, timely documentation delivery and cost, non conformities
  • Lead and facilitate Supply Chain reviews: operational & quarterly reviews with customers, presenting data insights and improvement initiatives
    • Identify and deliver supply chain process efficiencies, optimize tradeoffs among resources between ISO storage, sources, drop off locations and inland transport with the support of Supply Chain Performance Manager
  • In case of contingencies, support his/her team
    • animate to solve unforeseen event (eg. source shutdown, supply chain road or sealock, safety events)
    • Prioritize customer needs in case of shortages (molecules, transportation, or assets), ensuring on time deliveries and satisfaction
    • When needed, outsource gas delivery to external partners such as traders
    • Coordinate special customer projects (OPEX, large demands)
    • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
    • Define clear roadmaps and priorities for the Supply Chain team in strong collaboration with Maritime Cryosupply and Offshore Energy Managers
    • Provide ongoing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to team members
    • Foster a culture of learning and development for continuous improvement
    • Lead by example, adapting and adjusting workloads and team organization as needed
    • Contribute to CTS management decision and projects, as being part of management committee


    Are you a MATCH?

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, minimum 3 years of experience in the supply chain
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, result oriented
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
    • Customer orientation, team player
    • English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus
    • Experience in maritime shipment / logistics / incoterm
    • Knowledge of industrial gas and Bulk delivery
