- Manage and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth operation within your section.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for food and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
