  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently looking to Junior PMO Finance Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance. More details as below.

JOB TYPE:

12 Months Renewable contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support service delivery in managing resources, projects and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients
  • Monitor budget and forecast of project, perform project monthly financial analysis
  • Ensure timely forecast submission with CFM/ relevant parties
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis and follow up with relevant personnel to perform correction (if necessary)
  • Maintain financial /resource planning
  • Coordinate with team leads for resourcing plan
  • Pricing support and validation of pricing prepared by Deal Team
  • Coordinate with CM/ CFM for financials matters and HR for resourcing matters
  • Perform analysis/interpretation and make recommendation on financial data to assist the project team with strategic decision
  • Respond to ad-hoc projects related request and provide financial and analytical support
  • Thoroughly understand status of the project, organize cadence updates with CAL & Delivery Leads, and highlight/alert potential financial risk as appropriate

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the Financial Management, Program Project Management , Project Portfolio Management Tools, Project Program & Portfolio Governance
