- customer incidents handling,
- response to customer queries
- managing non-conformance products, ,
- process and system audit.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, 8D methodology, SPC, GR&R, FMEA and Control Plan
- Compile Quality Data into Trend, Pareto Top Defects/Causes/Process Step to drive cross functional team towards Continuous Improvement and meeting company’s KPIs.
- Perform periodic process or quality system audit to identify opportunities for improvement and work together with the cross-functional team towards continuous improvement.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and sensitive manner.
- Timely submission of quality reports.
- Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
- Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
- Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of Quality Engineering or Process Engineering experience.
- Certification in standard quality management system preferred
- Experience in international quality standards such as ISO 9001
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills
- Innovative and detail-oriented
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
