Job Title: Site Documentation Clerk

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Documentation Clerk to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to digitize site acceptance and handover documentation for 7,509 sites and populate the Sanity Database with validated data. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and systematic management of essential documents and reports for the CTO Delivery Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Extraction of Specific Fields/Data:
  • Extract required information from scanned PDF documents, such as contracts and paperwork.
  • Review and verify documentation against company standards and guidelines to ensure accuracy.
  1. Data Entry into Excel Master Tracker:
  • Accurately enter the extracted data into an Excel master tracker, with each row corresponding to a document and columns representing different fields.
  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure data accuracy throughout the process.
  • Organize and maintain a systematic filing and storing system for digital documents.
  • Compile data and generate reports as needed for management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM with 2 years of experience in data entry, document management, or office management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with Oracle systems is preferred.
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently in a team.
  • Diligent, organized, and with high attention to detail.
