Objectives: Support the sales team by addressing both functional and technical aspects to demonstrate that our solution is the best fit for the prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Aid the sales team in addressing technical inquiries or concerns from prospects.
- Gather, analyze, and clarify prospect requirements by participating in meetings and providing a technical specification confirmation along with a solution diagram that illustrates product capabilities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify solutions to customer challenges, customization needs, and assist in presenting proposals to clients.
- Evaluate the prospect's tender requirements, formulate responses based on the product’s current capabilities, identify gaps, and provide effort estimations for customization by consulting with the product team.
- Update and advise the sales team on new product features.
- Oversee and enhance the company’s demo site environment to ensure the software solution is consistently updated and operational.
- Negotiate technical terms and conditions of tenders and contracts to align with both client and company requirements.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Engineering Information Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Have 2-5 years of experience in pre-sales, functional consulting, or software solution implementation roles.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in interacting with multiple stakeholders.
