Responsibilities:

  • Aid the sales team in addressing technical inquiries or concerns from prospects.
  • Gather, analyze, and clarify prospect requirements by participating in meetings and providing a technical specification confirmation along with a solution diagram that illustrates product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify solutions to customer challenges, customization needs, and assist in presenting proposals to clients.
  • Evaluate the prospect's tender requirements, formulate responses based on the product’s current capabilities, identify gaps, and provide effort estimations for customization by consulting with the product team.
  • Update and advise the sales team on new product features.
  • Oversee and enhance the company’s demo site environment to ensure the software solution is consistently updated and operational.
  • Negotiate technical terms and conditions of tenders and contracts to align with both client and company requirements.

  • Requirements:

    • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Engineering Information Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
    • Have 2-5 years of experience in pre-sales, functional consulting, or software solution implementation roles.
    • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
    • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in interacting with multiple stakeholders.
