Job Responsibility
- Review and verify sub-sale transactions, ensuring accurate data entry and calculations in the system.
- Manage and reconcile client deposits, including handling refunds and resolving any discrepancies.
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances for accounts receivable.
- Process payments for agent commissions and vendors, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely payments.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist in preparing reports for sales, commissions, and profit/loss statements, while supporting the sales and admin teams with inquiries.
- Min. education requirement: LCCI
- At least 1-2 yearsâ experience in related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Microsoft Offices: Excel/Word
- Familiar in SAP account system will be an added advantaged.
