Job Responsibility
Remuneration package:
- Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Assist in managing disciplinary cases and grievances.

- Policy Implementation
- Implement HR policies across projects.
- Assist in policy development and updates.
- Communicate policy changes effectively.
- Ensure employees understand policies and have access to them.
- Compliance
- Ensure practices align with Malaysian labor laws.
- Maintain knowledge of employment legislation.
- Support compliance audits.
- Assist with legal reports and documentation.
- Performance Management
- Support the performance management process.
- Coordinate review schedules.
- Prepare evaluation documentation.
- Assist managers with performance discussions.
- Leave Management
- Process leave applications.
- Maintain accurate leave records.
- Resolve leave-related queries.
- Generate leave reports.
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding across projects.
- Prepare new employee materials.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Analyze exit data for improvements.
- HR Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare reports using HR2000 - iPayroll.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Project Support
- Provide HR support to various projects.
- Liaise with project managers.
- Adapt HR processes to project needs.
- Resolve project-specific HR issues.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
- Understanding of Malaysian employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience with or ability to learn HR2000 - iPayroll.
Remuneration package:
- Basic: RM2,600 â RM3,000
- Attendance allowance: RM100
- Performance allowance: RM500
- Note: Basic salary will be determined based on the candidate's years of relevant experience, skill set, and performance during the interview process.
