  • Support the performance management process.
  • Coordinate review schedules.
  • Prepare evaluation documentation.
  • Assist managers with performance discussions.
  • Leave Management
  • Process leave applications.
  • Maintain accurate leave records.
  • Resolve leave-related queries.
  • Generate leave reports.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Coordinate onboarding across projects.
  • Prepare new employee materials.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Analyze exit data for improvements.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics
  • Prepare reports using HR2000 - iPayroll.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Project Support
  • Provide HR support to various projects.
  • Liaise with project managers.
  • Adapt HR processes to project needs.
  • Resolve project-specific HR issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
  • Understanding of Malaysian employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience with or ability to learn HR2000 - iPayroll.

Job Benefits

Remuneration package:

  • Basic: RM2,600 â RM3,000
  • Attendance allowance: RM100
  • Performance allowance: RM500
  • Note: Basic salary will be determined based on the candidate's years of relevant experience, skill set, and performance during the interview process.

Working Hours

  • 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM
  • Monday â Friday
  • Note: Working hours are subject to change based on business and operational requirements.
