Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and manage LazFlash campaigns, ensuring all aspects are seamlessly integrated and aligned with company objectives.

2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization, and growth.

3. Lead ad hoc and special projects aimed at capturing market trends and driving the performance of LazFlash.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Key Account Managers and Category teams, to develop and implement effective campaign strategies.

5. Communicate the goals of LazFlash and product criteria to internal stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of campaign objectives and seller requirements.

6. Conduct post-mortem evaluations of completed campaigns, identifying key learnings and areas for future improvement.

7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in e-commerce, digital marketing, and campaign management, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and development.
