Your new role

As a Head of Talent Management and Development, you will be leading the people's development agenda at the group level. Your key responsibilities are:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee performance management processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, leading Talent Management and Talent Development strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
