Your new role
As a Head of Talent Management and Development, you will be leading the people's development agenda at the group level. Your key responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, leading Talent Management and Talent Development strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Demonstrated the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
