Job Title: Graduate Trainee – E-commerce

Reports to: Head of Commerce, Country

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Management Trainee to join our team. The Management Trainee program is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of our e-commerce operations, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Management : Assist in daily routines of managing the store activities, executing sales and strategies to increase conversion rates and maximize revenue. Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Operations: Gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics .
• Customer Service: Provide support to our customer service team by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Marketing : Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive traffic .
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus but not required . Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Passion for E-commerce and a desire to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
