Finance Account Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting data entries.
• Ad hoc work/task scope, support others department as and when required by your immediate superior/management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Mandarin speaking is preferred
