The ideal candidate for the Head of Warehouse Automation role brings a wealth of experience in leading automation projects. With a degree in supply chain management or a related field, you have spent at least ten years leading similar projects, preferably in warehouse automation. Your experience in the retail industry gives you an edge, as does your proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Your strong project management skills are complemented by your ability to solve problems effectively. You are known for your good interpersonal and communication skills and can work independently while still being a valuable team player.
