Role Purpose:

Role Purpose:
Execute the development of scalable software systems, working with peers to integrate components, participating in code reviews, and focusing on achieving system reliability to deliver project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software applications according to the requirements and technical quality guidelines within a single team to ensure successful product feature delivery in a quality manner.
- Execute the maintenance of software systems by fixing defects and managing technical debt to support software quality and performance by following established procedures, participating in code reviews, and implementing necessary improvements to ensure system stability.
- Ensure the quality of documentation and conduct reviews to support project execution and serve as a reference.
- Review team members' code by evaluating adherence to better code quality standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Support communication with stakeholders and team members by addressing feedback and clarifying requirements, ensuring tasks align with project delivery goals.
- Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on distributed system development.
- Proficient in at least one main backend programming language or framework (e.g., JavaScript, Go, Java, Node.js, NestJS, ExpressJS).
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Basic knowledge in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
