Job Description
Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the company. He/ She will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the organization, managing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Oversee the company's financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax laws, EPF, ETF, and other statutory requirements.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity to meet its obligations.
Cost Management: Analyze and manage the company's cost structure, identifying areas for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits, including statutory contributions.
Audit: Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or CPA is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the BPO industry or Interactive Entertainment Services.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and statutory requirements in Sri Lanka. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
