Job Description

You will:

  • Drive Product Adoption (CarouBiz and Seller Tools): Launch self-served marketing campaigns to grow spending users and revenue across all markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, and Taiwan.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple markets. This also includes overseeing campaign channel setup, in-app communications, and data analysis for all markets.
  • User Education: Develop in-app campaigns to educate and nurture spending users, teaching them how to use Carousell's monetisation products including CarouBiz and Seller Tools effectively.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure the effectiveness of each campaign and generate new ideas to improve user engagement and conversions at every stage of the user journey.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze user data to create relevant campaigns and content for specific target segments with high ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to achieve revenue targets through various channels.
  • Creative Production: Work with the design team to produce relevant campaign landing pages, web pages, and creative assets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B/Product Marketing
  • Experience and understanding in revenue/monetisation business.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including design and local/regional stakeholders.
  • Experience working in tech companies or regional roles. Will be an added advantage.
