Software Analyst Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1006696)

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering Environment, the candidate will be involved in development, analysis, automation and testing against the applications and infrastructure available in our organization, in order to support our Engineering function. Your key accountabilities are as follows:
- Behavioral - Positive 'can do' attitude - Customer delivery focused with excellent communication skills
- Responsible for customer facing support (Service Desk), based on customers technical issues and requests
- Develop supporting scripts that will enhance/automate current engineering infrastructure and applications
- Prepare reporting and dashboards (Power BI) that will be used for local and global business line reporting
- Experience with Virtualization (VmWare, AWS, IBM Cloud.)
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience with GIT/ BitBucket
- Experience with Artifactory
- Experience with Jenkins / Continuous Integration
- Experience with IBM Doors / Polarion (preferable)
- Knowledge or experience of PowerBI and Business Intelligence Reporting
- 4th or 5th year into an IT program (Bachelor’s degree / Master’s) or equivalent experience
- Scripting (JavaScript, C, C++, Python, Groovy, Powershell, etc.), automation
