Job Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Execute all approved commercials/spots as per bookings received accurately. Maintain error free in TVC playout and with updated program line-up/schedule.
  • Assign correct material copy for commercials scheduled.
  • Proactive in the checking of post transmission details, to ensure whichever booking in place are reconciled accordingly without any discrepancy.
  • Ensure that all costing/rates scheduled are accurate for billings.
  • All tasks performed must be audit compliance and responded with professional manner.
  • Provide advice and promptly attend to agencies/client’s inquiries.
  • Ensure all TVC received are supported by the relevant documents as required – Censorship Certificate, MIM Certificate, KKLIU, etc. Otherwise, approval by HOD is needed.
  • Accept only materials which meet QA procedures and requirements.
  • Proper tracking and filing of all documentations including contracts, bookings, & cancellation instructions. To generate report as and when required by the management, sales personnel, and agencies/clients.
  • Maintain effective communications and good relationship with the contacts, to improve day to day operations processes & smoothen the execution flow of spots scheduled and other operational matters.
  • Maintain good teamwork to produce results to achieve the target and objective of the department.
  • Able to adapt changes in work responsibilities and workflow as and when required.

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Possess a degree in any field or a Diploma with 3 years working experience.
  • Exposure in Mass Comm is a plus.
  • Proficient and good command of English.
  • Computer literate and with some knowledge of advertising/mass communications.
  • Good analytical, logical and trouble shooting skills.
  • Possess great sense of adaptability.
  • A team player and able to work with various groups of people.
  • Meticulous & strives for accuracy
  • PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
