Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at HOMEY Nutrition in Simpang Ampat, Penang.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for strategic planning, market research, sales & revenue growth, product management, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analysis.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies, including new product lines, market expansion, and partnership opportunities.
- Market Research: Identify emerging trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Implement sales strategies through SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media to boost revenue.
- Product Management: Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions to maximize online sales.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Shopify.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or e-commerce.
Proven track record in driving online sales growth and enhancing customer engagement.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify and analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
