About the Role

Abrar Lab is seeking a Live Analyst with strong skills in data analysis and live stream monitoring for TikTok Live Shopping and Shopee Live. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking live performance, analyzing critical data metrics, and providing detailed insights to help Live Hosts improve engagement and sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor live streaming sessions on TikTok Live and Shopee Live, ensuring that each event meets performance expectations.
  • Track and analyze critical data metrics such as Enter Room Rate (ERR), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Click-to-Order Rate (CTOR), Average View Duration (AVD), and Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Provide actionable feedback to Live Hosts based on real-time data to enhance audience engagement, product showcases, and overall stream performance.
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and post-event reports highlighting areas of improvement and offering strategic recommendations to optimize future live sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure that livestream strategies align with performance goals.
  • Suggest A/B testing approaches for different live formats, product placements, or interactive elements to improve viewer retention and sales conversion.
  • Maintain constant communication with the live stream team, ensuring that all adjustments and improvements are effectively implemented.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in monitoring live streaming on TikTok and Shopee platforms, with a strong understanding of live commerce metrics.
  2. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve live performance.
  3. Knowledge of key metrics like ERR, CTR, CTOR, AVD, and AOV, and how these impact live stream performance.
  4. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to Live Hosts and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  5. Experience in Mass Communication, Broadcasting, or a related field is highly advantageous.
  6. Comfortable working in a hybrid role with the option to work remotely as needed.
